This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services to provide the Secretary of State with a monthly report of death certificates. The Secretary of State will then notify the relevant election authorities of the deaths of individuals in their jurisdictions. The local election authorities must remove the names of deceased individuals from the voter rolls.
