HB 1823 -- POSSESSION OF CERTAIN WEAPONS

This bill creates a criminal offense for the unlawful possession a "large capacity ammunition feeding device", as defined in the bill. The offense will be a Class A misdemeanor.

This bill also makes the definition of "antique firearm" consistent with Federal law.

This bill is similar to HB 891 (2025).
