This bill changes the current penalties for: rape in the first degree; rape in the second degree; sexual abuse in the first degree; sexual abuse in the second degree; enticement of a child; trafficking for the purposes of slavery, involuntary servitude, peonage, or forced labor; trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation; sexual trafficking of a child in the first degree; sexual trafficking of a child in the second degree; promoting child pornography in the first degree; promoting child pornography in the second degree; and possession of child pornography to life imprisonment or death.
