This bill requires that Missouri observe Central Standard Time and not Daylight Saving Time, regardless of what Federal law requires.
The bill does not affect times established by Federal law governing common carriers engaged in interstate commerce or requirements for Federal officers and departments.
This bill is the same as HB 1889 (2025).
