This bill reaffirms the federal and state constitutions as the supreme law of the land, and that no foreign government, international body, or religious system shall in any way usurp either the federal or state constitutions.
This bill reaffirms the freedom of expression and practice of religion by any individual, group, or organization, but prohibits coercive threats or use of force to impose any foreign or religious law upon residents of the state of Missouri.
The Missouri Attorney General shall have the authority to investigate and prosecute violations in cooperation with local prosecutors.
