Upon voter approval, this constitutional amendment requires the full text of any constitutional amendment submitted by initiative petition to appear on the ballot.
The amendment prohibits any constitutional amendment submitted by initiative petition from containing more than 75 words, including existing and repealed language.
This bill is the same as HJR 92 (2025).
