This bill creates a criminal offense for the unlawful use of a firearm by a minor if a person under the age of 18 knowingly carries a concealed firearm on his or her person.
The offense will be a Class D misdemeanor, and upon conviction or a plea of guilty, the court must order the immediate confiscation of the firearm.
