Currently "biodiesel blend" is defined, for the purposes of biodiesel blend fuel tax credits, as a blend of diesel fuel and biodiesel fuel of at least 5% and not more than 20% for on-road and off-road diesel-fueled vehicle use.
This bill changes the word "and" to "or" in the definition of Biodiesel blend.
This bill is similar to HB 1317 (2025).
