                                               AN ACT
    To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to official state
          sports.


    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2   known as section 10.280, to read as follows:
            10.280. American football and baseball are selected for and shall be known as
2   the official professional sports of Missouri. Soccer is selected for and shall be known as
3   the official state sport for children two years of age or older and under seven years of
4   age, until they are old enough to play American football and baseball.
