SB 7 - Under current law, certain political subdivisions may enact ordinances providing for the vacation, demolition, or repair of nuisance properties detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of residents.

This act repeals provisions specifying the ordinances may establish procedures for up to 25% of an insurance claim paid on the property to be held or used by the political subdivision as security for the property's vacation, demolition, or repair.
