This bill changes the name of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to the "Bishop Davidson Curriculum Distribution Department".
The bill also requires the commissioner to be renamed as provided in the bill and for existing statutes to be updated by the revisor of statutes to reflect the specified changes.
