SB 832 - This act provides that advanced practice registered nurses ("APRNs") and physician assistants delegated controlled substance prescriptive authority pursuant to a collaborative practice arrangement may prescribe hydrocodone and Schedule II for patients of providers designated as administrative entities by the Department of Mental Health. This act is identical to HB 1492 (2025).
