SB 794 - This act establishes that pro-life individuals and organizations, as defined in the act, may intervene in actions in which a provision of the Missouri Constitution, statute, or rule involves the regulation of abortion or where the rights of an unborn child is at issue.

Additionally, this act moves the counties of Miller and Cole from the Western District of the Court of Appeals to the Southern District of the Court of Appeals. Finally, this act modifies the number of appellate judges in the Western District from eleven to seven and in the Southern District from seven to ten.
