This bill authorizes the conveyance of State-owned land in Webster County to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
The Commissioner of the Office of Administration will set the terms and conditions for conveyance as they deem reasonable.
The Attorney General must approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.
