HB 1463 -- THE LICENSURE OF CERTAIN BUSINESSES

Currently, local governing bodies are allowed to impose a business license tax on businesses. This bill provides that no local governing body can require a business license for any enterprise owned by a person aged 18 years or younger.

This bill is the same as SS#2 SB 145 (2025).
