SB 781 - This act requires school districts and charter schools to provide each staff person, including at least one staff person in each classroom, with mobile panic alert technology that allows for immediate contact and two-way communication with emergency services and school administration, as provided in the act. Prior to the first day of each school year, each school district and charter school shall ensure that all school personnel receive training on the protocol for and appropriate use of such mobile panic alert technology.
