HB 1448 -- OVER-THE-COUNTER PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MEDICATIONS

This bill provides that ivermectin tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets shall be available to the public for purchase as over-the- counter drugs in the State without the need for a prescription or a consultation with a pharmacist or other health care professional.

This bill has an emergency clause.

This bill is similar to HB 2581 (2024).
