                                               AN ACT
    To amend chapter 327, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to licensure
          reciprocity for chartered engineers in the United Kingdom.


    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

           Section A. Chapter 327, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2   known as section 327.233, to read as follows:
           327.233. Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, any
2   applicant for licensure as a professional engineer who is registered as a chartered
3   engineer with the United Kingdom's Engineering Council shall be licensed as a
4   professional engineer in this state if the applicant meets all applicable requirements of
5   the mutual recognition agreement between the National Council of Examiners for
6   Engineering and Surveying and the United Kingdom's Engineering Council.
