                                              AN ACT
     To amend chapter 281, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to pesticides.

   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

         Section A. Chapter 281, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 281.320, to read as follows:
         281.320. All pesticides, pesticide ingredients, and pesticide products originating
2 in the People's Republic of China shall be prohibited for use in the state of Missouri.
