                                               AN ACT
    To amend chapter 172, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to employees of the
          state university.


    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 172, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2   known as section 172.345, to read as follows:
            172.345. The eleventh day of November of each year shall be a public holiday for
2   all employees of the University of Missouri system in observance of Veterans Day. When
3   the eleventh day of November falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Monday next following
4   shall be considered the public holiday.
