                                              AN ACT
   To amend chapter 56, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the venue for
         cases involving prosecuting attorneys and the attorney general.


   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

         Section A. Chapter 56, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 56.364, to read as follows:
         56.364. In any case in which more than one elected prosecuting attorney and the
2 attorney general are named defendants, the venue for the case shall be in the circuit
3 court of Cole County, Missouri.
