This bill adds fire and explosion investigators, defined as persons who are employed by political subdivisions whose official job duties involve the investigation of fires or explosions to determine the origin or cause, to the covered persons for line-of- duty retirement benefits for certain diseases presumed to be incurred by such persons in their line of duty.
