This bill specifies that the General Assembly repeals any limits on the number of comprehensive marijuana licenses established in regulations. This bill provides that the Department of Health and Human Services must issue a comprehensive marijuana license to any qualified applicant, provided that the Department can deny a license to an applicant to comply with the 10% cap for ownership of licenses established under the Constitution of Missouri.
This bill is similar to HB 985 (2023).
