HB 1131 -- NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS IN CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE CASES

This bill provides that a nondisclosure agreement that has the purpose or effect of concealing the details relating to a claim of childhood sexual abuse is void and unenforceable. However, identifying information concerning a victim of childhood sexual abuse will be maintained as confidential.

This bill is similar to HB 709 (2025).
