Upon voter approval, this Constitutional amendment exempts from any real or personal property tax any individual 65 years or older that has a Missouri taxable income of 156% of the federal poverty guideline, or less, and total personal property valued at less than $250,000.
This bill is the similar to HJR 82 (2024) and HJR 15 (2023).
