This bill allows for retail raw milk or cream produced in Missouri to be sold at grocery stores, farmers markets, or similar establishments as long as the milk is clearly labeled with the specified warning label. A producer of retail raw milk must have its herd tested annually by a veterinarian for tuberculosis and brucellosis and be tuberculosis-free and brucellosis-free.
