HB 1030 -- REQUIRED INSTRUCTION

Currently students must take specific instruction in high school relating to the government of Missouri and the United States and pass an exam as provided before they may graduate or receive a diploma.

This bill requires that this instruction occur over four semesters or a substantially equivalent length of time and that the required testing occur only after the instruction has been completed.
