SB 605 - This act modifies the definition of "unborn child" or "unborn children" to exclude human embryos created through assisted reproductive technology, including in vitro fertilization, prior to successful implantation in the uterus. This act is substantially similar to SB 1486 (2024) and similar to HB 2845 (2024).
