This bill adds an employee or volunteer working in an emergency room, doctor's office, health care clinic, psychiatric facility, laboratory, or pharmacy to the definition of "special victim" in Chapter 565, RSMo. The bill requires any person identified as a special victim to provide his or her business address or phone number instead of a personal address or phone number for any necessary reporting purposes.
