             BE IT RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the One Hundred Third
 2   General Assembly, First Regular Session, of the State of Missouri, the Senate concurring
 3   therein, that the House of Representatives and the Senate convene in Joint Session in the Hall
 4   of the House of Representatives at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to receive a
 5   message from the Honorable Mary Rhodes Russell, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the
 6   State of Missouri; and

 8           BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a committee of ten (10) members from the
 9   House of Representatives be appointed by the Speaker to act with a committee of ten (10)
10   members from the Senate, appointed by the President Pro Tempore, to wait upon the Chief
11   Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri and inform Her Honor that the House of
12   Representatives and the Senate of the One Hundred Third General Assembly, First Regular
13   Session, are now organized and ready for business and to receive any message or
14   communication that Her Honor may desire to submit, and that the Chief Clerk of the House of
15   Representatives be directed to inform the Senate of the adoption of this resolution.
