Upon voter approval, this Constitutional amendment exempts from all real property tax, personal property tax, and income tax any resident of Missouri who is a veteran of the US Armed Forces or the Missouri National Guard and who has a total service-connected disability.
This bill is the same as HJR 6 (2025).
