HB 661 -- REIMBURSEMENT FOR RELOCATION OF UTILITY FACILITIES

SPONSOR: Keathley

This bill requires municipalities and the Missouri Department of Transportation to reimburse nonrate regulated utility providers, including telecommunications, Internet, and cable providers, for facility relocation due to road maintenance, construction, or other right-of-way work activity.

This bill is the same as HCS HB 2056 (2024).
