SB 492 - This act authorizes Bates County to impose a sales tax not to exceed 1% for the purposes of supporting the operations of hospital services in the county.

This act is identical to HB 727 (2025), SB 1484 (2024) and HB 2731 (2024), and to a provision in SS#2/SCS/HB 199 (2025), SCS/HB 643 (2025), HB 330 (2025), HCS/HB 532 (2025), SCS/SB 1091 (2024), and SCS/HCS/HB 1564 (2024).
