SB 488 - This act modifies the definition of "certified funds" for purposes of a statute regulating the use of certain funds by real estate settlement agents and title insurance agents. This act is substantially similar SCS/SB 836 (2024), and identical to provisions in HCS#2/SS/SCS/SB 835 (2024).
