This bill specifies that on November 2, 2025, the State of Missouri will set clocks back to Standard Time. From that date on, the State will no longer participate in Daylight Saving Time and will stay in Standard Time.
If the federal government adopts Daylight Saving Time as the new Standard Time, the State of Missouri will set clocks to conform with federal time.
This bill is the same as HB 1607 (2024) and HCS HB 157 (2023).
