This bill decriminalizes the possession of the weapon known as knuckles. The bill prohibits carrying knuckles in areas where firearms are restricted. An individual can be denied entry to or removed from a restricted area if the individual enters the area with knuckles. If a peace officer is called and the individual refuses to leave, the individual may receive a citation of up to $100 for the first offense. If a second violation occurs within six months, the individual can be fined up to $200. If a third or subsequent violation occurs within one year of the first citation, the fine can be up to $500.
