Currently, a person who resides in a residential dwelling may use it for a home-based business, subject to certain restrictions. Political subdivisions are not permitted to prohibit the operation of a no-impact home-based business, but are allowed to regulate the business based on health, public safety, zoning, number of employees, operating hours, traffic, and tax compliance.
This bill repeals this section of statute.
