SB 103 - Current law authorizes the Department of Economic Development to award to qualified companies meeting certain criteria Missouri Works incentives prior to completing a project and creating new jobs, with such option scheduled to expire on June 30, 2025. This act extends such option until June 30, 2031.

This act is identical to HB 1168 (2025) and to a provision in HCS/SS#2/SCS/SB 10 (2025), and is substantially similar to a provision in HB 990 (2025).
