SB 365 - Currently, the decree of dissolution of a public water supply district shall not be final until it is assented to by a majority of two-thirds of the voters of the district.

Under the act, the decree of dissolution shall not be final until it is assented to by a majority of four-sevenths of the voters of the district.

The act is identical to a provision in HCS#2/HBs 440 & 1160 (2025), HB 923 (2025), HB 2782 (2024).
