SB 421 - This act prohibits the possession or manufacturing of rapid fire devices for firearms, which shall include any accessory attached to a semiautomatic firearm that increases the rate of fire of that firearm. Such violation shall be a class D felony. This act is substantially similar to provisions in SB 1101 (2018).
