This bill establishes the "Corporal Richard E Rutherford Memorial Highway" on that portion of State Highway 161 from CRD Meadowlark Road continuing north to State Highway CC in Montgomery County.
The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs with the costs to be paid by the Department of Transportation.
