HB 2933 -- SEXUAL ABUSE IN THE SECOND DEGREE

A foster parent who has sexual contact with his or her foster child commits the offense of sexual abuse in the second degree under the provisions of this bill. A violation of this offense is a class A felony. That the foster child consented to the sexual contact by the foster parent is not a defense to prosecution.
