SPONSOR: Sauls
This bill specifies that nothing in the laws of this State shall be construed to prohibit any activity associated with in vitro fertilization procedures, and that the laws of this State shall be interpreted and construed to acknowledge the right to perform, and the right to receive, in vitro fertilization procedures and services.
This bill is the same as HB 2845 (2024).
