This bill clarifies that for the laws and regulations of this state, unless clearly stated to the contrary, the term "reproductive health care" will not be construed to include gender transition surgeries or the use of cross-sex hormones or puberty- blocking drugs for the purposes of a gender transition, for both minor children and adults.
