This bill repeals a person's ability to use deadly force when the force is used against a person who unlawfully enters, remains after unlawfully entering, or attempts to unlawfully enter private property that is occupied by an individual who has been given specific authority by the property owner to occupy the property. The bill also repeals the provision specifying that a person does not have a duty to retreat when the person is in any location the person has a right to be in.
The bill also repeals provisions related to lifetime or extended concealed carry permits.
