SB 1476 - This act adds vehicles operated by county or municipal park rangers to the definition of "emergency vehicle" applicable to yielding the right-of-way and the display of emergency lights. This act is substantially similar to HB 2747 (2024), provisions in HS/HCS/SB 1363 (2024), provisions in HB 2700 (2024), and provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1606 (2022), and identical to SB 1156 (2022), HB 2665 (2022), provisions in HB 1637 (2022), and provisions in SCS/HBs 2088 et al (2022).
