HB 2755 -- ELIGIBLE VOTERS

Currently, individuals on probation or parole after conviction of a felony are not entitled to vote until finally discharged from probation or parole.

This bill repeals that provision, allowing individuals on probation or parole to vote.

This bill is the same as HB 859 (2023).
