This bill designates the bridge on State Highway 17 south of the City of Summersville crossing over Spring Valley Creek in Texas County as the "POW/MIA Theodore Padberg Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain the signs, with the costs paid by the Department.
