This bill specifies that no retailer may sell ammunition unless the retailer first verifies through government-issued identification, that includes the purchaser's photograph and date of birth, that the purchaser is of legal age to make such a purchase.
This bill is similar to HB 2707 (2024) and HB 831 (2023).
