HB 2706 -- HUMAN COMPOSTING

This bill adds "alkaline hydrolysis" and "natural organic reduction", as both terms are defined in the bill, as eligible methods for the final disposition of human remains, as well as updates related provisions regarding the right of sepulcher and responsibilities of funeral establishments and directors, cemeteries, physicians, and coroners as they pertain to alkaline hydrolysis and natural organic reduction.
